Makes you wonder what it's original assignment was...says he bought it from GSA. I am not sure how those tires would work in the desert sand. When I was a kid we used to drive on the beaches in Calif when we could get away with it. The Jeeps that had them would bog down and get stuck. There was a guy with a Bronco that had some Dick Cepek tires that were big, round and bald. His vehicle did the best on the beach.
