Ive been watching this thread and reading all the responses.
I was hoping Vaughn would eventually chime in.
I watched him do mine after we bled and rebuilt my wheel cylinders. The inner one was tightened pretty tight to seat, then back off. As he did this he spun the wheel, when it slowed down, he backed it off. Then the outer lock nut, to me, in my opinion, he wrenched that one pretty tight. Like when I saw him do it I said, wow, thats tight. He did all this with a spindle nut socket and thick shaft phillips screwdriver.
