Lock/clamp is removed. Rear underneath piece is removed. Two screws would remove what's left of the front one but there is absolutely no way to get to them and not enough space to get them out if I could. Overhead support is sketchy in my shop. It's a former computer room with a suspended ceiling and above that the remains of a plaster and lath ceiling. It would be nice to have some kind of overhead trolley but I'm making the best of what I have. The floor is wood rather than concrete, so I'm never going to be able to handle really heavy machining as the machines will vibrate too much setting on a wood floor. The lathe weighs about 5000 lbs, and I got it in there, along with two bridgeport mills, using just pipe rollers and muscle power.
