Ok, I had a car flywheel on my truck crankshaft. When you look at the back of the flywheel, you’ll see low areas where metal transferred to the crankshaft flange creating high areas of hard metal. I had to use a disk grinder and gently grind off excess metal. Not sure what caused that. You’ll also see the tool I made to turn the crankshaft.

The new production 10.5 disk and cover are installed. Note, there is more metal around the spring area and twice the stop pins than the 10 inch disk, so I’ll see how this one holds up. New crankshaft bushing greased using a mixture of Castro wheel bearing grease and graphite. New clutch fork bushings installed using same mixture of grease.
