Reassembled and sealed with proper locking wire and lead plug. Throttle dog on the right is for the rod from the mechanical governor for the rear belt pulley.
I got an original kit to try to rebuild one of these carbs myself, but I can't compare with the quality of his work. The throttle body is powder-coated grey to closely match original, which was unfinished.
