Brownells, cheaper then dirt, midway USA, rock river, armalite, ar15.com lok in both the new and used parts sections of the forum.
You can buy drilling jigs or print out plans on internet and then use mill with dial indicators to get holes right. Remember to drill and realm to correct size.
