Front Axle Question

I just re-built my front axle with new bushings, bearings, seals, and all. After hearing about Scott56 having binding issues, I gave mine a very close look. With hubs locked and axles engaged, the passenger side wheel spins smooth as silk from full right turn all the way through to full left turn. The driver side is the same, except at absolutely full left turn (i.e., the stop bolt is against the axle housing). At this point, when I spin the wheel I get one tight spot. It doesn't lock up, it's just a slight tight spot. It doesn't happen when I'm a degree or two off full left, just at full left turn. It also doesn't happen when I disengage the hub, so it must be in the Tracta joints. Is this something to be concerned with?
