Here's my plan. install the hub and tap the inner bearing over the greased spindle threads. Try the thread file to clean up the first threads if necessary and install the nuts. I am reasonably sure they will go on even if tight. Worst case look for a thread chaser tool for rent or borrow the die (thanks Paul) I just want to be ready and appreciate all the input.
