True, California is a warm place but the down side is a man can't even properly restore an old truck without going to jail!
Not sure of any way to restore a truck properly without removing the VIN tag...must be lots of breaking of laws going on, me thinks :)
Not only that but if a man were to properly restore a vehicle by acid dipping it...there'd be no VIN tag or rivets left to worry about!
Not sure how Redi Strip in CA gets around that obstacle...I'm betting they remove them & then get the proper rivets which are available if you know who to call :)
