Clark tap them out like Tim says.
To install be careful with some of the new alloy pressed cups they will chip on the sharp edges.
After getting you hub cleaned and deburred heat it up in your oven to 150-200 while you have the cup cooling in the freezer overnight.
You will be amazed how easy they go back together. You can tap on the old cup to help start the new cup but don't let the old cup get started into the bore, it will cause some real grief when you try to get it out.
