Now for the remedial question of the day. I am mounting my caliper brackets and noticed that in Ray's (Helitool) picture (top) he has the lock washers under the bolt head. I have always put them under the nut (bottom pics).

Does it matter? What is correct? Why? I guess I never have given this any thought. :)
