Tim is only a few miles from me. Although not in his words, his reasons for quitting the brake production are typical of any small volume hobbyist scenario.
Liability, hassles dealing with vendors, customers with perhaps less than basic mechanical skills, and finally perhaps his waning interest in these old trucks. Tim's a neat guy with a well respected auto body business which also places demands on his time. I think the last kit he did was in 1999?
I've heard that the Helitool kit is great.
