Paul: No one seems to have directly answered your question, so here's the skinny. Tim Peterson's disc brake conversion kit has been out of production and unavailable for 5 or more years. Tim was a pioneer who made and sold the first disc brake conversion kit for flat fender Power Wagons more than 12 years ago. See the June 1989 issue of Power Wagon Advertiser for a detailed article. After Tim ceased production, Ray Suiter at Helitool took up the plasma torch and now makes a very similar product available. Many of us old farts in the hobby installed one or two of Tim's disc brake converion kits a decade or so ago and still use them. Every time I drive, I stop my 1947 WDX with Tim's front axle disc brake kit and love it. Even though he is from wet Wisconsin, I do not think Tim has a web site.
