I have a spare 41 Command Car chassis that has the rear dualied. Some farmer probably did it, as an IHC engine is installed as well as a tractor 3-point hitch welded to the rear bumperettes. No body. Probably used it as a poor mans farm tractor. Inexplicably it has 7.00x16 NDT tires in front and 7.50x16 NDT tires in the rear.
