If Dodge did it, it was probably ordered by the dealer from the Special Equipment Catalog and installed by the Special Equipment Group. I do not have very much info on this little known division of Chrysler and would be interested in anything on it that anyone else could share. My instinct tells me that most of the kits were probably installed by the owners themselves as most of these trucks were owned by the government or large companys, however, the one picture posted here of the large name plate suggests that particular truck, at least, may have been modified at the Truckstell factory.
