I've had POR 15 on my '65 D-200 for about 7 years now. It's a fair weather driver, but has seen quite a bit of rain and Maryland humidity. Not driven in heavy salted roads. Where I prep'd the frame and sheet metal acording to the instructions (i.e. remove ALL grease and dirt, it has held up very well, even on tha axles and brake backing plates. Where I got lazy and did not properly clean, some of it has flaked off. But when it does come off, it comes off in pieces, not little flakes, indicating to me that it is a very tough product.
Proper preparation is the key. Sound surface rust is ok, but loose, flaky rust, and especially oil and grease are not.
