I have several truck frames that are rusty and need attention. I want to do the most I can for them, but don't have the time to do a frame off. Some of the trucks I use every day, so that is not practical. Who has used the POR15 and/or the Zero Rust?? I have been on both web sites. If anyone out there has used either, what did you do for surface prep? Anything more than scrape off the loose dirt and rust? Did you use a grinder and wire brush or sandblast first? Did you use the company surface prep chemicals? Is brushing on the POR15 or Zero Rust practical? And what have been the results for you? How many years have you had it on the metal? And what conditions do you use the vehicles? Every day use? In snow and on salty roads? As always all info is really appreciated.
