Carl,
Do you know the original owner of your red truck. I have a 63 WM300 with the exact same set up on the front end. I was told that the truck was originally owned by the NJ Forest Department, and that they added this to the front bumper and fenders. My truck is also red. Please reply on the forum to let me know. Thanks and good luck with the trucks.
