Yep, that looks to be a nice one. I just looked at one where the dealer was asking $40,000 and this one looks to be nicer. But, photos don't tell the whole story.
I say bidding won't begin to get serious until around $25,000. I'm sure that the owner wants more than $25,000, but I don't think these trucks are worth much more than that, regardless of condition. If you do, make sure you or your knowledgeable representative get an in-person inspection before you commit.
