Wanted: 4.10 ring & pinion

My 1957 D300 has a 4.88 rear end that I'd like to raise to the 4.10. This ratio was reportedly available in '41-60 Dodge 1 ton and '57-58 3/4 tonners (also in '51-60 W200s and late-'58 W100s) - so I'm looking for such a 4.10 ring & pinion set in good condition to swap into my axle. THX! John
