You want to get a drag link socket. I got a half inch drive one, ground the corners just a bit to so the bit goes to the bottom of the screw slot. Soak the screw head in a good penetrant, then warm it with a propane torch. Not too much, you don't want to start a fire. Then set the socket in the slot and whack it once to seat it real well. Now use an air impact wrench, keeping a lot of pressure on to keep the bit firmly in the slot and it will come.
