My old man had a spare tire mounted on the front bumper of his old ford one ton.He hooked up his camper and threw four sets of tire chains over the front mounted spare and said he was headed south until he got to where no one knew what those chains were for. I haven't seen him for over a year now come to think of it.
I could say something similar about the tool, might have to go north for an answer.
