I doubt it's your site, I've the problems in the past, and it's usually a WEB Traffic Server bottle neck. I just ran a tracert, and it looks like the bottle neck is between "ae-11-11.car1.Pittsburgh3.Level3.net [4.69.135.245]" and your site (dodgepowerwagon.com [216.92.126.104]).

I've seen a lot of traffic being routed thru select servers causing the bottle necks, likely part of the packet content sniffing, etc... that's taking place monitoring web content.
