the stock bed does hang over the end of the frame. even if you had to move a 10 foot custom bed back to fit the hard cab it would not be much. maybe 4 to 6 inches. the back of the PW cab seat is all the way against the back of the cab. the front of the bed is only a few inches from the back of the cab.
