Run the cheapest stuff you can. All gasoline has a higher octane rating than is needed in our trucks.
The only thing you can do better is run non-ethanol gasoline if you are lucky enough to have a place near you that sells it. And, that has nothing to do with octane rating.
Lead additive may be beneficial in higher horsepower older vehicles without hardened valve seats, but that, again, has nothing to do with octane.
