I'm planning to install a dual master cylinder on my 6x6 PW. Other than having 4 rear wheel cylinders, my system is the same as a WDX/WM/M37. As said, I'm using all drum brakes. I've searched the archives and now my head is spinning. I have the following questions:

Is there any noticeable difference between a 1-1/4" bore and a 1-5/16" bore? I don't want the pedal motion to be too long, but a little mechanical advantage would be nice since this is an un-boosted system.

If using a MC made for disc fronts, I need a 10psi check valve for the front circuit, right?

Since I have 4 wheel cylinders in the back, I planned to run the larger reservoir to the rear, does that make sense?

Anything else I should be aware of?
