Hi Manny,
The Rickson steel rims are just a rim made by Acuride & then they machine the hole slightly larger for the Dodge hubs. They come on the GM equipped bread vans made by Grumman. They're on Ebay every once in a while cheap unless you're looking for the aluminum 19.5's they sell.
I run Michelin 245x70R-19.5 XDS-2's on mine... Love them. Say good bye to ever getting another flat tire.
