The dinky B&B is the choke point in performance. Big carb will make a real difference at freeway speeds, though not the peak HP. Nothing will help efficiency of what is a 100 year old engine design.

The Rochester Monojet was the biggest 1-bbl. It was used on later straight sixes and also the early Buick V6. Or the Holley used on the /6. I'm curretly running the Carter BDL 2bbl.

Anybody ever try the progressive little Holley-Weber?
