I don't worry about the bumper bolts. I mean I just use all grade 8 bolts out of general principal but the front bumper is going to fold up like a cheap tent if it's even bumped by a Hyundai :)
The winch extensions and brackets are another story though, & spring perches or any other frame brackets...why use a cheap, poorly plated bolt me thinks.
I'm sure Grade 5 bolts will work out just fine but why not install grade 8's for the extra $5?
