we have a 10Ft Chain link gate
the hinges are bearing mounted
the unit is about 8years old
has a sensor about 50ft down the drive from
the gate that is activated when a vehicle goes down the drive
has kepad and also remote activators
only problem is when the snow is against the
gate I pull the ram pin and open it manually
