little or no oil pressure means either main or cam bearing went bad. If the oil level is good and there is 5-10 lbs it is probably bearings if there is no oil pressure its the lifters making noise and this is bad if you have run it for more than a few seconds. Either way it loks like it needs to be torn down to find out.
