the arm in your pic is a marine arm from marinco. i had them on my boat but swapped them out for full stainless ones. they wont work with the american bosch electrics that were standard for the dodges. difft mounting setup for the arm on the boschs. they bolt on to the shaft of the wiper motor. john geidl sells complete setups that are rebuilt and correct. guys here can get you in touch with him.
