is the truck with the wagners ever driven? always parked inside? I agree silicone can provide great results but parked outside and driven alot changes the picture a bit. I think the moisture coming in from the boot side and the heat, brake dust and the movement of the piston on the iron is the culprit and the fluid is irrelevant in that scenario
