Okay, that helps a lot. Be sure to look at how your other doors roller is in the track. Had a friend try to force it in wrong.
Try just rolling one in to see if that helps. You do have the end stop screw off correct? Forgive all the questions but it's hard to help without knowing/seeing what's happening.
They normally go in pretty easy. The door latches are tricky though to get out the first time.
