Yes, they were working and I cleaned and lubed them. I just took out the window to replace the door lock.

Somehow, I think I'm just being a clutz, that's why I quit for the night. But, I wanted to make sure I'm not missing something. I noticed that the spring tension on the other door seems much less.

This seems like it may be a two-man job or at least a job for someone with three hands.
