First, I'm a dinosaur...68 in a month. The "technician" wasn't a pimply faced 18 y.o. He was about 45. An eighteen year old would have probably known better. Being 45, he, like myself, was probably guilty of this type of 'testing' in the past and saw it as a short - cut.
In the past, a 'short - cut'......Now just a 'short'
