All my old iron has 4 wheel disks. I buy my proportion valves from summit racing. They cost about 48 Bucks. For the Hydroboost hoses, I have NAPA make mine. Nothing off shelf will fit properly. By making your own hoses, the lengths are just right, fittings are clocked right and it looks like a much cleaner job.
