- Measure the ring gear diam. on the 4.89 units, hopefully they are 9-5/8ths across and see if one fits.
- Weigh the units, they s/b about 100 pounds. 8-3/4 are about 70 pounds each.
The one from Ed is probably a ¾ ton based on your reply. Does it have the 1/16th stud ring spacer used in mounting the third member?
