Probably translates: "Sidewall damage cannot be repaired by us, because of liability issues". They told me they could not do any work on the wheel bearings or ball joints on my '06 Dodge Ram because it has aftermarket lockout hubs. Liability issue again. Thank goodness there is still a good independent mechanic around here who is not scared of liability issues.
