We've been plowing snow for a number of years but I have no desire to plow any longer other than my own drives. My son plows with his 03 Dodge 3500 equipped with a Western Pro plow. I plow with my Mustang skidloader with a an old 7 1/2 ft Western plow. Last night my son had his 11 year old boy with him and was running behind on his plowing contracts. My son Ryan put my grandson Pierce in my skidloader to help plow a large parking lot. We now have the 4th generation of operators moving snow. I couldn't be prouder of the boys and I'm sure my dad would be too if he were alive today. Pierce tried his hand at our mini excavator when he was 5 or 6 and was pretty good at it even then. I started my son Ryan at age 7 operating a large plate compactor and he operated it like a pro. Just passing on a family tradition. Now I've got see how many of my other 9 grandsons want to follow suit.
