valves are in the block. i think the plugs would have to go in the head drilled straight down somewhere where they wont hit the water jacket. the nash distributor would be perfect. modify the shaft to the dodge and away you go. porsche made one two. would like to use two stock distributors and gear drive them like the vw guy.
