I have a tendancy to agree with you JC, I would not have pulled it off the lot in the first place, as bad as it looked, even with the paint on it. being a welder makes me a little more observent on pieces that I buy, and yes, I have left stuff in the store because of bad welds, ALWAYS telling the manager why I did not buy the product!
