Some grease has threads in it , this is to help the grease be pulled into things . Some grease is designed for roller bearings , some for ball , some for friction bearings , some for high temps , some for long life and some for immersion in water .
The cat stuff is really good. I like the amsoil too . I used to use white grease on everything but it seems to break down and seperate faster than other greases .
Do a bit of reading and you get an idea of what those codes on the tubes mean and that a lot of the grease being sold is just cheap garbage for the masses.
Just an opinion .
