Over the past couple of years, I've been testing different grease products using my grease gun lubricating the chassis and pedals and in between lubes I check for liquid forming on the gun. Right now I'm looking at using either Castrol High Temp grease or Slick50 One grease. I've had a tub of Slick50 and it's between light and thick grease. I've had this tube for about 10 years and I open it periodically and still no liquid has formed, it stays solid. I've experienced the same with Castrol and I guess the heavy duty disk/drum brake wheel bearing grease is now the Castrol high temp. I guess I'll buy a tube of Castrol and Slick50, open them and let them sit and see what happens. Thanks for all the input. There are a lot of good products on the market. Have a safe and joyous holiday season!
