Turn Signal report

Ok, I looked into the turn signals a little more today. Found one problem of a connection not crimped tightly, but that wasn't the cause of the variable flash rate. Then I looked at em again and i can't tell if its normal or not.

Whatta you guys think, are these normal flash rates?
