Having been in Everett during the tire fire, when 20 acres of tires piled 20 feet deep burned for months, I agree with limiting how big a tire pile a guy can accumulate. 200 is plenty, and Idaho tends to be very reasonable about such things. It's just that I've heard of places where the limit is closer to 10 tires, and some cities with strict "blight" laws where the limit is zero.
