Well I looked at it and decided to pass on it. Like someone mentioned, being in the rust belt had taken a toll on its cab. Surprisingly the frame looked descent and the bed, rear fenders and running boards were in excellent shape. The engine I'm sure was seized and would have needed all new parts. Had the cab not been in rough shape I would have tendered an offer. No title either although in CT a bill of sale and a vin verification is all that's needed to put it on the road. Conn. doesn't issue titles to old vehicles. Thanks for the comments they were/are all very helpful in my decision process.
