For the WM300, the sheet metal is scarce especially compared to Ford or Chevy. THere is some repro though, including running boards, cab corner bottoms and bedsides. One area that is important to examine for rust through is the outside curve in the fenders with the integral wire in it. This is hard to repair, and replacement fenders, esp rear, are getting hard to come by.
One last thing, make sure it has a a clear title.
