First they ovulated the holes, then broke one at a time until there just weren't enough left to hold up under that awesome FE torque!
While still working as a tire buster I learned to NOT run the lug nuts down more than a few turns by finger. No chance of them looking tight if you get distracted and come back to assume they are tight. And you'll probably feel that wheel wobbling as you back it out of the shop.
Now if it had been a PW with left hand nuts on the left side....
