Use some bits of old 'tape' to hold the glass centered in it's channel, then apply from a caulking gun. You want to use small pieces of the rubber, so the urethane covers it.

I believe that a major contributor to the floors and back of the cab rusting away is from water leaking in through the back window. And front windshield frames too.

I've never liked silicone seal- it always leaves a greasy film, and comes un-stuck in a couple years.

I've used the automotive windshield sealer, and also home repair 'Vul-Chem'.

Next project, I'll buy an electric caulking gun- my hands get tired, making a sloppy job.
